I want to thank you for your article on thread conversion, Saturday September 27 2008. I am starting a new project using a pattern from your ebook on ecclesiastical patterns and I was going through Trish Burr's Colour Confidence book looking for the right colours to go with the Purple cloth for the project. In her book Trish uses DMC colours and I am using Soie d'Algar thread, I searched on your site for a thread conversion and viola you had written an article on thread conversion for DMC, Anchor and Soie d'Alger and given web sites where I could obtain the conversion tables. Thank you Mary what would I do without Needlenthread.

I'm so glad to hear that an "old" article on Needle 'n Thread can still be so handy, Anita! Best of luck on your project - I think you will really enjoy working with Soie d'Alger!
