No starting date yet, but as soon as I get my stuff together, I'll be ready!
Concerning tutorials - no, I won't be doing tutorials on methods of completing the project. When doing a SAL with someone else's kit, it would be bad form to actually "teach" their instructions (without their permission), verging on copyright infringement.
However, if I run into snags, or do something differently, or find an opportunity to "teach" about a general topic (like managing thread or correcting a stitch, etc.), then that's different. In cases like that, sure, I'll write a bit about what I did (which I'll post on the main Needle 'n Thread blog) and link to in the SAL section here.
Here, I just plan to post photo updates (and encourage others to do so, too), find out where people are on their projects, work within a flexible time frame, but with the motivation of having the support of others stitching on the same project.
I think this is going to be fun!!!
