Good Hoops and Frames

Thanks to Mary, I recently bought three embroidery hoops from hedgehog Handworks. The difference is really stunning. I honestly couldn't believe it.
My next stop will be evertite frames and I will learn how to put an entire project on a frame. Mary, what selection of sizes do you recommend as a beginning kit that can be easily added to? I would say that I do a lot of pillows, but as I am branching out into contests and other type work I am a little flummoxed as to what to order and any suggestions would be appreciated.
I was converted to frames when I realized that the bullion thread I put down so nicely on a leaf will make placing the hoop difficult for the remainder of the project.
