My first large xstitch

I did one small kit and was hooked. Typical for me, I went for broke. Now only work from photos or my own digital art. Am working on incorporating objects into them

Anyway this was the first cross stitch that I did after the kit. Took a year.

Loved every minute.

WOW. That is a LOT of stitching! I'm assuming you work that in small patches at a time, rather than working all one color across the whole piece, than moving on to another color, etc. What a HUGE project - I think it would take me much longer than a year!! Congrats on finishing!
