Snowflake

I adapted Mary's snowflake design for a runner on my hall table. I used DMC white cotton and silver metallic thread, plus some crystal beads I had.

Oh, very nice!!! It's so festive!

Mine went the way of the shelf, until further explorations into fabric types are feasible. The suede stuff I was using had too many drawbacks as an embroidery ground fabric, though I do think it has possibilities for applique.
