If you have ordered an e-book, you can expect a download link to arrive via email shortly, delivered to the email address used to place the order.
Please download the e-book to your computer as soon as possible. For security purposes, the link expires after four days, and is available only for a limited number of downloads.
For an easy download experience, please download to your computer first, and then, if you want to put the file on other devices (iPad, tablet, iPhone, Kindle, etc.), do that from your computer, after you have downloaded and saved the PDF.
