Tulip Monograms for Hand Embroidery: M – P

Amazon Books

After yesterday’s Peacock embroidery kit give-away – which is still drawing a lot of comments! – I thought we’d go a bit light this morning, with the next four letters of the Tulip Alphabet patterns for hand embroidery.

You’ll find the handy-dandy PDF printable for the M, N, O and P below…

Tulip Monogram Patterns for Hand Embroidery: M, N, O and P

For those of you just joining us in this series, you’ll find embroidery suggestions for these decorative letters with the previous letters of the alphabet, which you can find listed here, below the Tulip Alphabet heading.

In the first set, A – B, I shared with you this sample of a letter from the alphabet, worked in split stitch, satin stitch, and stem stitch:

Tulip Monogram - R - worked in floche with stem stitch, split stitch, and satin stitch

That’s just one approach you can take with the tulip letters. They’re fairly simple in structure, these letters, so they offer plenty of room for different interpretations.

Click on the link below for the free PDF printable for M through P in the tulip alphabet. The letters will print at 2.5″ high, if you choose the “no scaling” (or similar option) in your printer settings.

  1. Oh, goody!

Just finished “F,” so good timing…

No, bad timing! I’ll want to keep going with the monograms, and I’ve got two other stitchy projects that need doing. And the (insert string of bad words here) book restoration that is fighting me every step of the way…

Bah, the heck with it. I think I’ve earned a couple of hours of “just for fun and relaxation stitching.”

    🙂
