Merry Christmas, my friends!

May the Light that comes into the world at Christmas shine bright upon you throughout the New Year!

As promised, we’ve put together a Christmas EyeSpy for your holiday entertainment. You’ll also find a fun jigsaw version linked below, for those who enjoy online jigsaw puzzles.

Christmas, 2023

Here’s the layout for this year’s puzzle, photography courtesy of Jim Jones, Photographer, who just happens to be my favorite brother.

And here’s the little rhyming ditty to guide your hunt:

Welcome to this festive mess!
How many pins? Take a guess!

Embroidery hoops – can you find six?
And nine jingle bells thrown in the mix?

Other bells are lying around,
Ten that ring with a different sound!

Birds are perched throughout the scene,
You’ll find nine – and none are green.

Gingerbread men spreading some cheer –
If you look about, there are three in here.

Five little hearts – where could they be?
Some old-fashioned keys – you’ll find only three!

There’s one antique lock with a secret to keep,
And three little mice not making a peep.

Can you find an iron and a measuring tape?
And seventeen wreaths all roundly in shape?

Six stars are twinkling ever-so-bright!
And twelve little clips hold things just right.

Ten glorious fungi grow here and there,
And one tiny cake that’s too small to share!

Eighteen snowflakes make the scene somewhat chilly,
While a single screwdriver seems rather silly.

Of course there are sweets! It’s Christmas you know!
May your hearts be alight with a holiday glow!

There are many other groups of items in the scene – feel free to add to the list of findable objects!

And a Jigsaw

You’ll find an online jigsaw of this year’s Christmas EyeSpy puzzle here.

You can explore that puzzle player for different features while you’re there. For example, you can change the number of pieces, you can view the photo, and so forth.

I hope you enjoy this year’s puzzle!

Merry Christmas!
